We loved hanging out by the pool and bar areas, and the food in the evening was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the mornings. we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The vibe in the common areas and the pool were great, with Latin tunes playing and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and worked hard. The free coffee in the mornings was a nice touch and the location was key, just one minute walk to the beach with surf board in hand.

Our experience was marred by a massive ant infestation in our first room, which took an entire night to sort out. the open bathroom windows meant dealing with bugs and lizards in our room daily.

this hostel was a dream! the accommodation for my car was so convenient, the pool area was amazing with a fun slide, and the bar had great happy hours and tasty food. the rooms were clean with modern bathrooms and large lockers. the rooftop with yoga, hammocks, and a bar was a highlight. the staff were friendly and helpful. one of the best hostels I've stayed in!

The surf beginner lessons provided by the friendly staff were fantastic, and the delicious food available in the R2B restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The private condo room was comfortable with working air conditioning, and the pool area served as the heart of the hostel, allowing for great socializing with fellow travelers from around the world. Owner Brian was always attentive, offering recommendations for activities and even helping with transportation. The overall atmosphere embodies the beloved "pura vida" lifestyle of Costa Rica, and I would definitely return.
